  9. I've read Dead Beautiful, and I thought it was sort of boring... So I'm not going to read the sequel (Life Eternal). I hope you enjoy it though!

  10. Bunheads! I've been interested in that one solely because of the cover and will be waiting for your review to see if it's a good read.

I'm still waiting to hear from NetGally on Dearly, Departed. How long did they take to approve your request? I'm on tenderhooks and checking every 5 minutes because I want that one so bad!

  17. I go a little bit overboard at the library sometimes... :D The circulation desk ladies think I'm a bit insane.

    Have a good weekend yourself!

  19. I enjoyed it quite a bit, but it's a very quiet book without a lot of drama or external conflict.

  20. I'm excited about Cleopatra's Moon too but especially the FitzOsbornes - I loved a Brief History of Montmaray SO MUCH. Thank you for stopping by!

  21. I was so excited to see it at Barnes and Nobles that I broke my 'ONLY BUY THE UNWANTEDS' resolution. My willlpower fails so much. :D

  22. Unfamiliar books are the best - new material to read! :D I can tell you that Dearly, Departed was awesome.

  23. FitzOsbornes in Exile is sitting on my shelf MOCKING ME because I'm refusing to read it until I finish a few NetGalley titles. I think it's going to break me! I kind of wish I'd gotten a 'real' copy of Bunheads because that cover is so beautiful!

Thank you for stopping by and following!

  24. HAHAHA Good reason not to! I don't remember Dead Beautiful at ALL except for it being a boarding school book with dead people. So reading the sequel should be interesting!

  25. I'll be posting the Bunheads review early this week! I totally read it in one sitting immediately after I realised it had downloaded to my Kindle. Though now I wish I'd gotten a physical copy because of the gorgeous cover.

NetGalley varies so much! Sometimes I get a response immediately and sometimes it's WEEKS. I think the bigger publishers check less often. Which isn't really an answer to your question, but I can't remember exactly! I hope you check your email and get it soon!

  26. I'm about to put up a giveaway for a second copy of The Unwanteds that I got at the signing so check back for that and maybe you'll get a copy to read! :D

  27. I finished it last night and seriously liked it! Such a great debut! Thank you for stopping by.

  28. I've only read the first 50 pages, but I'm enjoying it so far!

I'm planning on putting up a giveaway for the second copy I bought at the author's signing so stop back in a day or two if you like!

  29. Isn't the girl on the cover of FitzOsbournes just gorgeous! Though on my copy she also looks a little bit like Anton Yelchin so it's weird. Or maybe the weird is me. ;)

  30. I love my new books this week! They're all calling my name and don't understand I can only read one at a time. :D

  31. I hope you get a copy because it is really, really enjoyable! She made zombies lovable! I don't know how, but it worked.

  32. I love the cover of The FitzOsbournes in Exile! It's the second in a series, right? I'm not sure, I need to check it out. Hope you love all your books :)
